On Tuesday 28th April the industry came together to celebrate the 9th Annual Performance Marketing Awards. OMG were shortlisted for 4 awards and very proud to have received high commendations in two categories:
Advertiser Innovation for Aviva Cross Sell powered by OMG. Aviva and OMG developed the cross sale incentive programme in order to increase sales and long-term value from Aviva’s customer base. Aviva wished to better engage their customers who prefer to use mobile and tablet devices. With this mind, Aviva and OMG looked for ways to develop the already successful cross sale incentive campaign.
Aviva integrated the incentive programme into the new MyAviva mobile app and web login and a seamless customer experience was crucial. Using a silent registration solution developed by OMG, Aviva were able to use data intelligently to significantly improve the customer experience.
The Finance Award – OMG for L&G. Legal & General and OMG were winners of the Finance Award in 2014, but it was merely the precursor to what was an outstanding year in 2014. In depth collaboration between merchant, network and affiliate ensured sales figures rose exponentially year on year, all targets were exceeded for the year and sales contribution from the affiliate channel increased vs all other marketing channels. This has reinforced and enhanced the importance of the performance channel within Legal & General’s business, resulting in Performance Marketing being at the core of its strategy for 2015 and beyond.
The event is the biggest in the industry and gaining recognition from the industry itself is an accolade of the highest measure, a testament to the success that the hard work and dedication from the OMG team delivers.
